Deine Aufgaben

Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unseren IT Teams gestaltest und erweiterst Du unsere langfristigen Geschäftsbeziehungen erfolgreich.
Du bist federführend beteiligt an Ausschreibungen für individuelle Softwarelösungsprojekte.
Du analysierst die Projektbedarfe und die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und unterstützt diese bei der Umsetzung und der Verfolgung ihrer Ziele.
Du hast die technischen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen der Projekte stets im Blick und findest bei Bedarf praktische Lösungen.
Du bist Ansprechpartner auf Augenhöhe und stimmst Dich mit unseren Delivery Teams ab.
Dabei arbeitest Du in einem Team erfahrener IT Experten und Expertinnen, bist neuen Ideen und Technologien gegenüber aufgeschlossen und auch bereit, Dein Wissen mit anderen zu teilen.

Dein Profil

Die IT-Projektwelt ist Dir nicht fremd. Du warst bereits als IT-Consultant, Business Analyst oder einer ähnlichen Rolle tätig.
Dein Talent liegt in der Beratung. Du kannst Dich schnell in Probleme eindenken und findest Lösungen die unsere Kunden begeistern.
Du hast ein tiefes Wissen über technologische Herausforderungen und findest gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden Lösungsmöglichkeiten.
Clean Code / CI/CD / DevOps und SCRUM sind keine Fremdwörter für Dich.
Dein Fingerspitzengefühl und dein Einfühlungsvermögen helfen Dir dabei, ein produktives Miteinander zu schaffen.
Du bringst eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache und ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken mit.
Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Industrie (Chemie, Maschinenbau, Mobility) und/oder Gesundheitswesen / Pharma sind wünschenswert.

Your mission

As the central interface between our customers and our IT teams, you successfully shape and expand our long-term business relationships.
You play a leading role in tenders for individual software solution projects.
You analyze the project needs and challenges of our customers and support them in implementing and pursuing their goals.
You always keep an eye on the technical and economic requirements of the projects and find practical solutions when needed.
You are a contact person at eye level and coordinate with our delivery teams.
You work in a team of experienced IT experts, are open to new ideas and technologies, and are willing to share your knowledge with others.

Your profile

You are no stranger to the IT project world. You have already worked as an IT consultant, business analyst, or in a similar role.
Your talent lies in consulting. You can quickly get to grips with problems and find solutions that inspire our customers.
You have a deep knowledge of technological challenges and find possible solutions together with our customers.
Clean Code / CI/CD / DevOps and SCRUM are no foreign words for you.
Your tact and empathy help you create a productive working relationship.
You bring a high level of communication skills in both German and English and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Knowledge of the industry (chemicals, mechanical engineering, mobility) and/or healthcare/pharmaceuticals is desirable.
