Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent Operations (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Geschäftsleitung und das Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei strategischen und technischen Fragestellungen. Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst insbesondere:

Pflege, Strukturierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Tools, Plattformen und digitalen Ablagestrukturen (z. B. SharePoint), sodass Informationen schnell und effizient auffindbar sind
Dokumentation, Analyse und Optimierung interner Prozesse, Workflows und Arbeitsabläufe
Aufbereitung von Dokumenten, Übersichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das operative Tagesgeschäft
Analyse und Auswertung unseres Kundenportfolios zur Ableitung operativer und strategischer Erkenntnisse
Mitarbeit an organisatorischen, digitalen und strategischen Projekten – inklusive Raum für eigene Ideen und Verbesserungsansätzes

Dein Profil

Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in – die Fachrichtung liegt dabei nicht im Fokus, du solltest jedoch Interesse an IT mitbringen.
Motivation, Interesse sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und eine prozessorientierte Denkweise sind dein Eintrittsticket. Den Rest lernst du bei uns!
Sehr gute Vorkenntnisse in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Deine wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt rund 20 Stunden, idealerweise verteilt auf drei Tage.
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, ebenso fließende Englischkenntnisse zeichnen dich aus.
Teamfähigkeit, Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine „Hands-on“ Mentalität.

Your mission

As a working student in operations (m/f/d), you will support our management and team in day-to-day operations as well as in strategic and technical matters. Your responsibilities will include, in particular:

Maintaining, structuring, and continuously developing our internal tools, platforms, and digital storage structures (e.g., SharePoint) so that information can be found quickly and efficiently
Documenting, analyzing, and optimizing internal processes, workflows, and work procedures
Preparing documents, overviews, and decision-making bases for day-to-day operations
Analyzing and evaluating our customer portfolio to derive operational and strategic insights
Collaborating on organizational, digital, and strategic projects—including room for your own ideas and improvement approaches

Your profile

You are a registered student—your field of study is not important, but you should have an interest in IT.
Motivation, interest, a structured, independent way of working, and a process-oriented mindset are your ticket to joining us. We will teach you the rest!
Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Your weekly working hours are around 20 hours, ideally spread over three days.
You have business fluent German and English skills.
You are a team player with strong organizational and communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
