Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt das Team rund um CFO und CCO dabei, unser Informationssicherheits- (ISMS) und Qualitätsmanagementsysteme (QMS) nicht nur am Laufen zu halten, sondern zukunftsorientiert weiterzuentwickeln.
Gemeinsam mit dem Management arbeitest du daran interne Abläufe effizienter zu gestalten. Dabei entwickelst du Richtlinien, Verfahrensanweisungen und Steuerungsmechanismen mit, immer mit dem Ziel, Risiken zu verringern und die Qualität zu steigern.
Du erstellst und optimierst relevante Dokumente wie Richtlinien, Prozessbeschreibungen oder Schulungsunterlagen und lernst dabei, wie aktuelle Unternehmensstrukturen aufgebaut sind.
Du bist direkt in interne und externe Audits eingebunden (z. B. nach ISO 27001, ISO 9001 oder im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit) und bekommst Einblicke, wie Unternehmen geprüft und weiterentwickelt werden.
In dem Zuge lernst du, welche gesetzlichen und internen Anforderungen für moderne Softwareunternehmen wichtig sind (z.B. DSGVO, BDSG oder ESG-Kriterien) und baust dir wertvolles Wissen für deine Karriere auf.
Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Nachverfolgung von Auditempfehlungen und hilfst bei der Pflege unserer internen Managementsysteme.

Dein Profil

Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in – idealerweise in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang und hast Interesse an IT, Informationssicherheit und smarten Prozessen.
ISO, DSGVO und BDSG sind für dich aktuell noch eher Fremdwörter? Kein Problem! Motivation, Interesse sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und eine risiko- und prozessorientierte Denkweise sind dein Eintrittsticket. Den Rest lernst du bei uns! (wenn du doch schon erste Erfahrungen im Umfeld der Informationssicherheit/ Managementsystemen hast, freuen wir uns natürlich umso mehr ;))
Sehr gute Vorkenntnisse in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Deine wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt rund 20 Stunden, idealerweise verteilt auf drei Tage.
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, ebenso fließende Englischkenntnisse zeichnen dich aus.
Teamfähigkeit, Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine „Hands-on“ Mentalität.

Your mission

You will support our CFO and CCO team in keeping our information security (ISMS) and quality management systems (QMS) not only up and running, but also future-oriented.
You will be working with our management team to make internal processes more efficient, by developing guidelines, procedural instructions and control mechanisms, always with the aim of reducing risks and increasing quality.
You will create and optimize relevant documents such as guidelines, process descriptions or training documents and learn how state-of-the-art company structures are set up.
You will be directly involved in internal and external audits (e.g. according to ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and gain insights into how companies are audited and further developed.
In the process, you will learn which legal and internal requirements are important for software companies (for instance GDPR, BDSG or ESG criteria) and build up valuable knowledge for your future career.
You will support the preparation and follow-up of audit recommendations and help maintain our internal management systems.

Your profile

You are currently enrolled as a student - ideally in (business) informatics, economics or a similar course of study and are interested in IT, information security and smart processes.
ISO, GDPR and BDSG are still unfamiliar words to you? No problem! Motivation, interest, a structured, independent way of working and a risk- and process-oriented mindset are your entry ticket. You'll learn the rest with us! (however, if you already have some experience in the field of information security/management systems, we will be even more pleased ;))
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Your weekly working hours will be around 20 hours, ideally spread over three days.
Business fluent in German and fluent in English characterize you.
Ability to work in a team, strong organizational and communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
