Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt das Team rund um unsere CFO und unseren CCO dabei, unser ISMS (Information Security Management System) und QMS (Qualitätsmanagementsystem) nicht nur am Laufen zu halten, sondern stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
Gemeinsam mit unserem Management arbeitest du an der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen, entwickelst Richtlinien, Verfahrensanweisungen und interne Steuerungsmechanismen weiter, um Risiken zu minimieren und Effizienz zu steigern.
Du erstellst und überarbeitest Richtlinien, Prozesse und Schulungsunterlagen.
Du bist aktiv in die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung interner sowie externer Audits eingebunden (z. B. nach ISO 27001, ISO 9001 oder im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit).
In dem Zuge lernst du, welche gesetzlichen, regulatorischen und internen Anforderungen für ein modernes Softwareunternehmen gelten (z. B. DSGVO, BDSG oder ESG-Kriterien) und bist dadurch auch perfekt für zukünftige Challenges in verschiedensten Branchen vorbereitet.
Du unterstützt bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Auditempfehlungen und hilfst bei der Pflege unserer Management-Tools.

Dein Profil

Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in – idealerweise in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang und hast Interesse an IT, Informationssicherheit und smarten Prozessen.
ISO, DSGVO und BDSG sind für dich aktuell noch eher Fremdwörter? Kein Problem! Motivation, Interesse sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und eine risiko- und prozessorientierte Denkweise sind dein Eintrittsticket. Den Rest lernst du bei uns! (wenn du doch schon erste Erfahrungen im Umfeld der Informationssicherheit/ Managementsystemen hast, freuen wir uns natürlich umso mehr ;))
Sehr gute Vorkenntnisse in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, ebenso fließende Englischkenntnisse.
Teamfähigkeit, Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine „Hands-on“ Mentalität.

Your mission

You will support the team around our CFO and our CCO in not only keeping our ISMS (Information Security Management System) and QMS (Quality Management System) up and running, but also in constantly developing them.
Together with our management, you will work on optimizing business processes, developing guidelines, process instructions and internal control mechanisms to minimize risks and increase efficiency.
You create and revise guidelines, processes and training documents.
You will be actively involved in the planning, organization and implementation of internal and external audits (e.g. in accordance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001 or in the area of sustainability).
During your internship, you will learn which legal, regulatory and internal requirements apply to a modern software company (e.g. GDPR, BDSG or ESG criteria) and will therefore be perfectly prepared for future challenges in various industries.
You will support the preparation and follow-up of audit recommendations and help maintain our management tools.

Your profile

You are currently enrolled as a student - ideally in (business-)informatics, economics or a similar field and are interested in IT, information security and smart processes. If you are currently taking a gap year, please feel free to apply too!
ISO, GDPR and BDSG are currently unfamiliar terms to you? No problem! Motivation, interest, a structured, independent way of working and a risk- and process-oriented mindset are your entry ticket. You'll learn the rest during your internship (however, if you already have some experience in the field of information security/management systems, we will be even more pleased ;))
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
Business fluent in German, as well as fluency in English.
You are willing to work in a fast-paced team, while maintaining strong organizational and communication skills as well as a hands-on mentality.
