Deine Aufgaben

Mit Methoden der Mathematik, Informatik und Statistik gewinnst Du Informationen aus großen Datenmengen, die für Steadforce und unsere Kunden von Vorteil sein können.
Du arbeitest in einem interdisziplinären Team mit Experten an der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Operationalisierung unserer Machine Learning Pipelines.
Du konzipierst und entwickelst End-to-End Data Science bzw. KI Lösungen für unsere Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen.
Als Machine Learning Engineer nimmst Du aktiv an der Planung und Entwicklung von Forschungsprototypen teil und führst das Projekt in die Operationalisierung.
Du entwickelst Clean Code und automatisierst Projekte mit CI/CD.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem MINT Fach.
Du bringst mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit oder hast im MINT Bereich promoviert.
Du bringst gute Kenntnisse über verschiedene Machine Learning Verfahren mit.
Du hast Erfahrungen in der Aufbereitung und Exploration von Daten sowie in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Daten Pipelines.
Gute Kenntnisse des Python Data Science Stack zählen zu Deinem technologischen Portfolio.
Du bist vertraut mit Modeltracking sowie der Entwicklung von APIs.
Du hast Erfahrungen mit Container Lösungen wie Docker und k8s.
Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung sowie mit Cloud Technologien (AWS, GCP oder Azure) sind von großem Vorteil.
Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
Trotz der Möglichkeit aus dem Homeoffice zu arbeiten, bist Du gerne regelmäßig vor Ort.

Your mission

Using methods of mathematics, computer science and statistics, you gain information from large amounts of data that can be beneficial for Steadforce and our customers.
You will work in an interdisciplinary team with experts on the development, optimization and operationalization of our machine learning pipelines.
You design and develop end-to-end data science or AI solutions for our customers from various industries.
As a machine learning engineer, you take an active part in the planning and development of research prototypes and lead the project to operationalization.
You develop clean code and automate projects with CI/CD.

Your profile

You have a degree in a mathematics, computer science, natural sciences or technology.
You have 2-5 years of professional experience or have a doctorate in one of the mentioned areas.
You have good knowledge of various machine learning methods.
You have experience in the preparation and exploration of data as well as in the design and implementation of data pipelines.
Good knowledge of the Python data science stack is part of your technological portfolio.
You are familiar with model tracking and the development of APIs.
You have experience with container solutions such as Docker and k8s.
Experience in software development and with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP or Azure) is a great advantage.
You are fluent in German and very good in English.
Even though you can work from home, you like to be on site regularly.
